• 1 cups Chilled milk
• 2 tbsp chocolate sauce/syrup
• ¼ cup melted chocolate
• Shake jar (you can also use glass)
• Whipped cream in a pipping bag

Steps :

1. In a mixture add 5-6 scoops of ice-cream + chocolate syrup + chilled milk then run the mixture.
2. Dip the top of a jar/glass in melted chocolate or through the corner add melted chocolate with the spoon. (like as chocolate falling inside the jar)
3. Pour the freakshake which was prepared in step 1 to the jar. 
4. Over it you can add whipped cream, vanilla ice-cream. (Decoration is all up-to your choice)
